Looks complete to me. Wow on the condition of the cabinet, that thing was well cared for.

The logos look identical to my CTC-11, which is playing about three feet from here as I type.

The big channel selector knob looks correct. The channel number is illuminated through a little keystone-shaped opening at the top. The skinny knob above the big selector is the fine tuner.

These articles may be interesting once you get around to restoring it:

I agree with Mark. For $75.00 that set is a steal. You can, if need be, find a replacement pix tube. If you can transport it yourself, all the better. Take a friend along to help.
The Philco b&w is overpriced. Older doesn't always translate to more rare or more valuable.

GORGEOUS set ! It was obviously loved & cared for...

Bob:

Agree that the Philco split chassis is over priced. It is more in the 30-60 dollar range. It is about 1952 with loads of tubes and parts. Table top would be worth more.

Hey rcaman!!
Ouch!! What a thrashing!!! I would not consider myself "cheap", but rather very conscious of my space limitations and trying to make the best choices I can to utilize what little room I have left. Given a choice between a tv with a good crt and one with a bad crt, I'd choose the good one.

In this case the cabinet is so nice, and in such good shape, and the price so reasonable, I think that would trump a bad crt. I'll find out this week.

Thanks for the input..

I'll be grabbing the CTC11 Monday. And I'll be putting it beside the CTC 7 from you. Actually the line up will be....CTC5, CTC7, CTC9, and CTC11.

That CTC7 is the next in line for a restoration. I've been involved in a very lengthy and extensive restore/rebuild of a Reproducing Grand Player Piano for the past 6 months. With some luck, I think I should have the piano up and running by the end of December. Then the electronic fun begins again......
