I have bought nine of the ceramic "jukebox" carts on ebay at this item number:
281155740745. These are good sounding ceramic carts and come with an LP/LP needle, BUT!!! The seller will add an LP/78 stylus for FREE if you send a note.

The seller also includes 4 connectors with each cart. None of these carts I've bought have had any problems, they all work well.
