Electrolytics with two wires

Brain fart here..
I have two electrolytics in my 41 philco radio.
One of them pictured has tow wires coming out..do I use two seperate electrolytics (22mf/450v)..twist the (-) together and feed (+) wire to each of the blue and red wires? one cap to the red, one to the blue?

yes, what you have is quite common in philco receivers, the black is NEG or ground, the red is 1 section of the multisection electrolytic and the blue is the other, simply twist the 2 new cap grnds together, then solder, then solder each remaining lead to its position.

I have a Masco PA amp with one of those weird things. One antique radio supply actually sells them, though I forget which one it was.
