Bad convergence?

The next time I'm in agony trying to achieve perfect convergence on a roundie, I'm going to haul out this photo. This is a newish Philips TV. Snapped in a hotel room this weekend.

Perhaps this is some other flavor of problem, but even on their worst days, my roundies haven't looked this awful :)

There may be something else seriously wrong with that POS. The smears seem to be only around his head. Hmmmm.....

This is a chroma smear, not a convergence problem (look at the edge of his white shirt - it's relatively OK) - blame the cable / master antenna.
