Sams Chronological Index?
 

Is there an index out there that lists which Sams folders were published in a particular year? (For example: 1958: 800-1075, 1959: 1076-1300, etc.)

It is in the back of the printed index. There is also a listing by volumes.

In some years it was in the front of the index. What the heck, I'll type it up:
