Anyone familiar with Mercedes 888 multi-band?
 

Hello folks,

I just picked up a Mercedes 888 multi band. Two shortwave, Medium Wave and FM.
Not a mark or ding on her and plays like a champ. Currently tuned into radio Bulgaria. I'd like to learn something about this radio but a web search only turns up the Automotive company.

New one on me. I'm thinkin' it could be actually made by some unknown Asian company, used the Mercedes name & has, or I'd imagine will shortly, be bich-slapped by Daimler-Benz.
