Victor talking Machine CO. made by the Northern Electric Co.

Another from the raster lounge is a R41 Northern Electric radio,In it's condition there is good and the bad, On the plus side the chasis appears to be complete and has all of the tubes. Now a big negative some one in their infamous wisdom stripped the finish from the cabinet and a wiring modification. What have i got?, all comments and sugestions welcome.

A peanut-tube radio with all the peanut tubes in it and they're good! That's a real find.

Nice photography too! How'd you do that? The tubes look almost like they were ray-traced.

Jeyurkon, I use the manual mode (focus, aperture and shutter speed) also using a tipod is a must as some of these exposures are as long as 30 seconds,I do not use a flash but light the subject with lamps and even use a variac to control the lighting.
If you have followed some of my posts you may gather that i have just as much fun photographing the items as i would doing restorations on them.
