Did I read that right? $35? OMG.

It looks very strange, with the dark screen. Even a late "black matrix"-type CRT would not be that dark, would it? How would you explain the screen's appearance? (I figure the comment "needs picture tube" is just a typical person's description for a TV that does not light up when turned on.)

At first I thought the CRT was missing, until I noticed the reflection of the flashgun.

I hope someone in the Pacific Northwest can give this set a good home.

Oh. Em. Gee.

I would love to restore one of those, even though the cabinet's not to my taste. Absolutely no room in the manger, though. Please, someone else take it so I do not have bad dreams about little fishies behind glass.

the crt looks right.it looks like a replacement with a dark green safety glass.there was a rebuilder that used this type.i cant remember which one.i do remember the result was really good but getting gray scale was a little difficult.had to settle for something less than gray.non glare though!

So who bought this one? The ad already got pulled. Im amazed at how fast the early color sets get claimed the microsecond they appear on craigslist.
