GE c2419a disneyland radio
Just picked this up today. Anybody got any info on it? Radiomuseum does not list it.

I have the Mickey Mouse version; which, is solid state. If yours is solid state, I'd say it's from the late '60's. You might possibly find a date code on the clock motor, speaker, or other large components.
If it's a tube set, it will be from the early-to-mid '60's. |
I just took the back off, it's solid state....thought it was tube.

My tubed plain version of that was built in '66. I think they sold the tube and solid-state models side-by-side for a while.
It was the low-line GE clock radio in the mid-late 60's - sold new for $10-15. Definitely built to a price but mine has been trouble-free for the last 14 years. |
