i dont know if you remember when we were looking at that silvertone in your garage ,and we couldnt see were that extra plate cap went, i finely had a chance since i picked it up to look at it ,the tube in the back that looked like a 6dw4 was really a 6dl3 with the top cleanly knock off . to me it looks like a 6dw4 with a extra plate cap added ,so if you remember thats what it was.

That is a great haul for whomever gets them. The newer set has the last roundie chassis (can't remember off the top of my head because it's late and I'm tired) from '67 that produces a great picture and the other is a '63 that had the 25LC20QS chassis, also a great performer that is reliable and fun to work on. Good luck scoring the whole lot, whoever goes....

3 extra CRT's to boot!

I think I know who it is that has those listed. I'm pretty sure he is not on VK.

That's Joe. He's not among us. He's got a shitload of old radios, too.

I could use 1 or 2 of those CRT's.

I would be willing to help in your quest to acquire any of these items by picking them up/short term storing for you. HOWEVER, there would have to be a relatively fast turn around out of my house to you. I have gotten rid of a few nice Zenith roundies in the past (25 yrs or so ago) with the encouragement of you know who. She has mellowed but would not put up with them taking up long term residence.
If you want to go for it, contact me.
Phil
