Not sure of the answer to your question, but I do want to throw out that if you need any parts I am forced to scrap (no buyers in the area) a 58 or 59 Space Command 24". Everything is squeaky clean.

Those are the shipping locations for the legs. They were less prone to damage, when shipped without the legs in place.

Mine is a 24" floor model; no swivel base. I got stumped on it a few years ago and lost interest. Figured a pretty early remote set with a large (for the time) screen would strike up some interest, but nobody seems to be looking for that type of thing so I am going to part out the main and remote chassis and tuner (with motor), and scrap the crt and cabinet.

I'm probably picking up a 1956 Royal X chassis Zenith this weekend, also a 24-incher. Might be interested in the remote guts if you're willing to part with 'em. Also, what is the Chassis# ? CRT type? Emission any good? :scratch2:

The main chassis is 18C24Q. Not sure what the remote chassis # is, but I have removed everything except the crt for part out. As far as condition goes, everything is remarkably clean. I really hated parting this one as it seemed to have little use with a nearly full population of stock Zenith tubes and very little dirt, even inside the HV cage. Send me a PM if you want to work something out on any of this. Thanks!

I went ahead and removed the like new CRT. It is the 24" from that year and the number on the socket is hard to read. I think it says 24UP4 or 24JP4. Anyone who needs one and can pick it up can have it.
