arvin volume problem?
 

My arvin's on/off/volume control is messed up it clicks on and off, but
when you tap it you get sound, you tap it again no sound?

losse tube? bad volume control?
dirty socket?

check the solder connections on the control and if they are fine check it with a ohm meter aganst the schematic to see if it is functioning properly
