RCA CT-100 #150 up and running
2 Attachment(s)
I thought you might like to see some early screen shots off the screen of my CT-100, #150 on Pete's list. Sorry, no Judy Garland in these two, just what's on the air right now. The shots are running slightly bluer than they look on the screen, but you get the idea. Still have to do a really tight convergence, but things are passable for now.

Needless to say, I am envious. But happy for you. Thanks for taking the time to post the pictures...

Gotta say it-"GLORIOUS LOLLIPOP COLOR "....(grin) Way to go !

Really impressive. Plenty of G1 drive. Color bars available?

Ralph-
Your pictures look excellent! Very nice work. Did you have any issues with the horizontal drive (a vertical line appearing if set too high), or with balancing drive versus adequate high voltage? I had such problems with my CT-100 after I got it working last year. |
Those are great pics!

Wow, outstanding pictures. Your convergence already looks pretty good to me.
I don't remember hearing about this set before, or maybe I just forgot the back-story. Have you had it a long time? Any special troubles in restoration? Phil Nelson Phil's Old Radios http://antiqueradio.org/index.html |
Amazing! Look at the crisp bright picture!

That's really beautiful: to make a guy with money to buy a new car go out and buy a TV instead, in 1954.
