64 rca weird black caps
 
doesn't look like an electrolytic but is definitely not your standard orange drop either

opinions please, no polarity markings other than the ring on one side:

Can you find a value marking (or a value in the schematic)? If a few tenths of a microfarad, probably a foil cap - the band would indicate the outer foil.

Hey thanks, otn, i got the value, just want to make sure it's not an electrolyte.

It's a film part, banded end would be the the foil/"more grounded" side. Treat it like an orange-drop with a band. Replace it with a Nichicon or Panasonic film part of the correct capacity/voltage and your good to go! I'd suggest replacing any part that looks like that, or the'bumble bee' capacitors, and certainly any and all wax parts if you find. I have found the early orange-drop, and burgundy-drop looking parts to be leaky, especially in the convergence area, and sweep circuits.
