I'm going to climb death-defyingly far out on a limb and say it's some kind of CG creation. It looks for all the world like "Disney" to me. I'd love to be proven wrong but as cool as it looks there's just something off about it.

Yep, it's a fantasy set at some attraction in Disneyworld, however they really exist, not CG.
Someone had posted about them before, that's how I know about them.

So in other words, they could still make a product that looks interesting yet has some of the positive aspects that modern technology has given us. I notice that it seems to be a flat screen of some sort. That would be a plus if they are playing around the clock.
