Zenith Porthole repair

Someone in Asheville NC has a Zenith Porthole tv that they want to get repaired. According to her it has just a thin line running across the screen when she powers it up. I've told her not to try turning it on until she gets the caps replaced. Anyone in the Asheville area willing to repair it for her and get it up and running?
