Beautiful repro Pilot TV magnifier decal

Many thanks for Chuck for doing an absolute A-1 job on recreating the often badly worn decal on the factory issue Pilot TV-37 magnifier. It's so great to see it looking as it did when new. I am including a pic, but it doesn't do it justice at all. After many tries this is about the best photo I could get.

It really is. I have to apologize for the poor photo as I could not avoid reflection. It actually looks exactly as the original with it's free-form style and fell into place exactly over the ghost imagine of the old decal.

Super!

Photography tip: turn off the camera's flash, and get a desk lamp set up to light it well and at an angle that causes minimal reflections to reach the camera...Many cameras claim to be good in low light, but most cameras as well as some subjects NEED good (read more than your eyes need) lighting...Flash rarely is in the 'just right' range.

Thanks Tom. I will try that as soon as I get the chance. It seems without the flash my pics are usually too dark.

Natural sunlight on an overcast day works well too.

Another photo without the flash does Chucks work more justice:

Awesome! Thank you. A far cry from that first pic. Doesn't it look like it's the original decal?!
