Looks like a Northern Electric Baby Champ 5700. http://northernelectric.ca/radios/ne.htm Pretty sure they were a Canadian brand.

I used to own a 5110 and regret selling it. I stripped the paint to pristine Bakelite, and asked a hefty sum that neted me a big profit, but I liked it enough that I was hoping the sticker would scare buyers off.

I have one of those, it's exactly what Electronic M says. Typical AA5, with a pilot light, uses miniature tubes - Canadian radio. Mine is two tone, blue and white.

Odd looking dial markings, in that they dropped the least significant third digit when they went above 100. Almost thought it was a UHF to VHF converter box...
