An old book about television

I was browsing images of a book about automobiles and on of the edition I found this ad on a book about television: https://i2.wp.com/www.thenookyamba.c...4%2C3121&ssl=1
Did anybody seen that book?

It was published in 1936. I found a pdf version posted by NJARC:

It might be on www.worldradiohistory.com. Lots of vintage publications there.
