Its shaped like a long tube, about an inch in diameter. Has 3 leads; a black, red, and green. The Red Lead is 30uf and the Green Lead is 50uf at 150VDC. Its in an axial configuration with the black lead on one end and the red and green on the other.

Does anyone make something like this or do I have to use a radial can type and make it work?

Also, any info on the net about polishing the bakelight case?
