It looks like a hybrid of sorts: it is a lowboy similar to the one I once had, but apparently uses a lower-end chassis. I swiped a couple images from tvhistory.tv for reference:
The set on the left has 20 tubes on its chassis, the one on the right only 15. The
brochure at tvhistory.tv doesn't show a model like it.
