I don't get it... those look much like complete tv sets, did they have to be plugged into a B/W set to operate? If so, what circuits/ signals were provided by the B/W set? I would think that other than the tuner, IF strip and sound circuits, a B/W set would have little to offer. Were those perhaps complete conversions of B/W sets, rather than converters?
