Thanks your the man. All is good ,tried to repair cone with coffee filters glue.
I have some nice speakers . will try to replace one. Might order a cone.

Found out distortion was one of the 330k resitor But did not do too good on repair of old speaker .
Think i got it too tight. Used contact spray adhesive and coffee filters.
