I'd recommend pulling one off another chassis, but in the mean time, do as Eric suggests. Only thing I'd add, is be sure to break off the whole rest of the plastic cap, as it is now carbonized and has gone conductive. After you break it away and clean up the metal, install it and put a gob of black silicone over the whole cap, and be sure to let it dry OVERNIGHT. Then trim it smooth with a razor blade, so as not to have any pointy places that might invite arcing later.
