Anyone old enough to be on this forum probably has owned
something that said RCA on it. Those of us who grew up in the 40's-60's had a different kind of relationship with their RCA than more recent models. Turning on the AA5 phonograph to play a Dennis Day 78

or the T-1-JE to hear Bob Hardwick speak was something that was part of a bond between the craftspeople who produced the set and the owner. An owner who would cherish and maintain their very own RCA. I simply cannot imagine my world without RCA in those days.
