The 467 was the earliest model number that used 3-meters and had a safe rejuvenate function. The 467 and 490 are basically the same. The 470 was the first single meter model with a safe rejuvenate function and is the model I currently use. The 470 and 480 models are basically the same. I used to have a 465 that would test most pre-early '70's color/B&W tubes and would test the newer tubes with the right adapters; but, it used the same "atomic blast" rejuvenate function as earlier models.
