In the meantime, start stocking up on miniature electrolytics. These micro TVs were often not operated for long times after the initial Wow! factor had worn off so most failures are due to dried out electrolytics.
I've found out from experience that most of the "old" TR-Series (1010 & 1020) don't work, but the newer TR-1030P & 1031P usually operate OK.
A mystery is the TR-1000P, although older that the 1010 and the 1020, they usually work fine. Better quality electrolytics in that production run i guess...

ok thanks , i tried the one cap big one, no change found transister bad, i order and got that one nte 315 but i thought i would stop there until i found a schematic ,i like test my hv trans values before going further just in case thats what hurt the transister. the thing is so small and fragile its hard to handle if know what mean ,my hand is bigger than the tv is. lol
