One thing is for sure. For maximum display effectiveness, these things need to be cleaned and buffed up. Anybody have some tips for a reliable way to clean and polish up bakelite? I never seem to have very good luck...
I'd like to know that myself. As can be seen, mine is very dirty and dull.

Mine didn't come with the 45 adapter; but, I have an adapter that came with my '49 TV/radio/phono combo that I can "borrow" until one comes along.
