WAG on year would be 1970-ish.
This is what we lovingly call an "aircraft carrier" because of the amount of room they take up. This is also it's greatest drawback.
There are a few people who collect these animals but they are few and far between. And even they can't handle more than a very few unless they have serious hoarding issues.......
Value could be anywhere from free to $50 to the right person. My opinion, others may differ. If the cabinet was perfect or near perfect, it would be more desirable although you may be able to touch it up. It was a high end set in it's day.
