Closest I can come is your remote is for the CTC-12, 15, 16, 16X, 17, 17X
The CTC-12 transmitter is CRK5A. The transmitter for the CTC-15 thru 17X is CRK6A.
Doesn't exactly pin it down but maybe the #'s & schematics will help.
This info from the RCA Field Service Guide 1955-66.
Kind of curious how you would adapt the remote to your existing sets having just a transmitter?
