"Fair is in the eye of the beholder". Imagine how your situation would be if you had a few okay/good 21AXP's around! We've seen crazy prices for later roundie tubes and "fair" can be such a subjective word.
How about more along the lines of what you are comfortable with? We know there is no set value for things like this and yeah, todays CYP's are tomorrows FB/FJP's, and time can make the difference too as with anything.
Maybe something can be in trade instead....
