Delaware has one transmitter, WDPB in Seaford, which is UHF.
I recall seeing a CP (construction permit) for another VHF on 5 for Delaware.
New Jersey has WACP on 4, its second DT channel on VHF.
NJ has several PBS stations and one or two in Atlantic City.
All are on UHF except a PBS on 8 in Northern NJ.

What I can't understand is how WWOR lost channel 9 to WBPH in Bethlehem, PA.
