According to the code-date stamp on the label, the CRT is from 1960. Sears Silvertone replacement CRT's were always sourced by Sylvania.
The original CRT was probably an RCA.
The original owner might've had a maintenance agreement from Sears. That would explain all the Silvertone branded tubes.
