The 13" 13GC10 + & the 17" & 19" EFL jugged sets used a different value.
Orange ones did fail. Either shorted popping breaker or opened causing
no HV. Never had one fail with causing too much HV.
13" sets used the 800-863 (3 and 13 end in 3...easy to remember)
17-19" sets used the 800-860 kit, AFAIK. Correct me if I'm wrong...

I know of one other kit, the 800-896, but I think it's for flat chassis sets.

All you really need out of the kit is the cap and the sleeving - most caps can hold themselves in place without the zip tie, and the label for the back is most likely dried out by now.
