I have a hv issue 6bk4 cap off only 18 kv at anode so maybe oscillator problem or a bad flyback have sound but no picture just a white screen I don't know if they are both related. Changed the caps at the oscillator which the old ones still checked good. Any input would be a great help.I’m not sure if the horizontal hold adjustment is at one extreme or the other would affect the hv.
