I had trouble renewing mine also. I got 2 phone calls from a lady there telling me what I needed to so. Finally I got an email from
itguy@fcc.gov saying he was expediting it.
There's a number of threads on QRZ.com in the forums section of people having the same problem.
At one point I almost gave up!
