I believe at this point you guys have a running Color Osc. and as long as you have the
cool rainbow stuff on the screen it's working, time to go someplace else.... I think
the burst signal is being blocked from reaching the Osc. & properly syncing it.
So you have to go back. A while ago Timmy said the top & bottom of the
screen was black, or dark, That's also a clue - not the color osc.

What are the voltages on V4 Pin 3, 2 & 1?

What are the voltages V19 Pin 1, 9, & 8?

Whenever you have problems, Always make your first step voltage checks.....
