You're going to want to refine your search with clockwise or counterclockwise.
The 103 doghouse came with 2 different tuners. One uses a clockwise spiral the other a counterclockwise spiral. I forget the tuner uses which spiral, but one tuner is a tall rectangle and the inductor shaft is the knob shaft (they're very prone to breakage as the section of the shaft inside the tuner is ceramic) the other tuner they lay the rectangular tuner down and point the tuner tuner up and the tuner uses a separate shaft from the tuning knob and is driven by it with gears.
I have a set with the separate shafts but both dials are cracked and glued so probably not much help.
