I'd guess they sold the same CRTs with different prices depending on the warranty.
Also, if these were sold to Telix by a recognized maker, they woul have a label with the maker's EIA number but not their name. It seems unusual to remove that, especially if Telix bought CRTs from multiple makers - they would want to trace the source in case of excess failures from one maker.
