If I recall, the last one I tested had around the same ohms for horizontal and vertical windings. I seem to recall it being about 22 ohms. The focus winding was quite a bit higher ( perhaps 100 ohm?). This was on a Panasonic WV-033p. If you're in a bind I could go digging into it to confirm.
The one thing I find interesting is how little voltage and current it takes for deflection compared to a television. Mind you we're only deflecting about a 1/2" at best from the center.
