This 1st amp is a bit different from what I have seen before.
no direct positive power on the plate, seems to be driven from the -100 on the cathode, through the 10 ohm resistor (13 ohms OK) and up via r145 and L105. both OK. R154 goes to sync.
The Det diode is odd looking , Sylvania made 1n36.but has a fiberglass body with metal end caps, looks a lot like selenium rectifiers I have seen before. but a 1n36 can't be selenium... Just have not seen one like it before as a det. not sure if it's good or bad, not sure how to test it. it's acting weird.
I do have a 1n60.
In the meantime, if i were to feed a 2v wave from a generator to the grid of the 1st amp, if all is working to the screen I should get some kind of pattern on the screen, if I'm correct.

If all is good further up the strip you won’t know it if the detector diode is bad.
