T.C.M. (Turner Classic Movies), Europe, had this facility. It even had Romanian!!! - at least around year 2000.
Some tv sets could be retrofited with telext decoder. Includig the 'Telecolor' 3007.
Only part of the Romanian tv stations had teletext.
