I beleive ETR is the manufacture behind these and they now sell to about everyone. I bought these at Antique Electronics way back in the late 80's early 90's. I suspect they also manufacture the CD and Illinois capacitor brands. Also the same caps Just Radios sells, and I see Digikey is even stocking some, although they are not giving them away.
