I have a Philco similar to that one... but minus the doors. Got it from the old TV shop in town. Yeah, it uses that dreaded 21EP4... and mine is weak. It has a brightener on it, so, it's possible I could get a decent picture out of it. I tried firing mine up and it just gives the 60 cycle hum in the speakers. Project for another day.
