I think this would need at least one more tube if it has FM - maybe 12AT7 or 6AQ8 - but I can't read the dial well enough to tell. Does it have a band marked "FM" or "UKW"?
If it doesn't have FM, it may be an export model for somewhere other than the US and Europe. It DOES have a power transformer, which is good. (The Metz 205 runs directly off-line without a transfomer - potentially dangerous).
The EM34 eye tube is listed at Antique Electronic Supply for $78 each... and they don't have any left! The others aren't hard to find or expensive if needed - and they may all be fine. I wouldn't recommend plugging it in - I don't know where you're located, but it would be good to have a tech look this over first.
