Nope, the speaker grille is not missing. The pic makes it look that way. I have the advert for the set and it looks exactly like mine. You have to figure that the Hospital sets did not need the fancy trim or woodgrain cabinets. They just had to be engineered to be more durable, due to the constant use they received.
Oh, BTW I saw the wired hospital remote, but missed bidding on it. There were no bidders, so I asked the seller if he would relist or sell outright. The butthead didn't even respond or bother to relist it..
