Either a deadbeat, or just plain nuts -- who knows.
It took eight months of hounding, including contacting the local police, to get him to return my TV unrepaired. If I hadn't included a prepaid return shipping label in the box that I sent him, I imagine I'd still be waiting.
I wasted a bunch of money shipping both ways, and the TV is still broken. But at least I got my property back.
