The ad (now deleted) did say it was an RCA. I thought ctc-20 because I've only seen that arrangement of the 4 controls in a square under the tuner like that on the ctc-20, and the ctc-19 which is rectangular. All the 16s I've seen have the controls laid out like the one in jpdylon's avatar up above. But then I've only seen a few and I've never seen a set with the tuner controls like that before, so I don't really know.
