rca crt
just picked up (basement find),a rca roundie crt.it has a dark green face and looks to be a colorama.owner wanted it out of his basement with a few other things.the label is gone, but it does look like an original and not a rebuild.he said tha he scrapped a set in the late 60s and this is the tube.also got a box of knobs and a few chassis s.tube checks excellent.i may jig it up and take a look at it.very excited to see if it is any good.if it is,this is going in my combo.i believe the hi lite had a dark blue look to it.i like the colorama.

The Colorama and Silverama were used on new tubes also. Just a trademark.

"Colorama" was used only on rebuilt while "Hi-Lite" was used on new color CRT.
