Was GONNA be the little Singer TV6U.....but that project stalled when a parts set never materialized

Will probly watch this on the little Sony S8-301....and out on the patio with the big long aerial up while doing some other dumb project outside. That 301 has to be on about 10 minutes though before I have decent linearity(conehead syndrome). Gotta spend an afternoon again poking around the vertical section for some cap I musta missed (Thought I got 'em all). Watching football on a small B/W set is really sorta an excercise in futility when it comes to the colors of the uniforms, but I mostly just LISTEN to it anyway...any standout or odd play tends to get the instant replay treatment

Watching the "Superb Owl" (I like that)...for the crazy commercials is sorta pointless now with YouTube now having them almost immediately.

I don't really watch football....but I'll likely have it on BECAUSE I don't really watch football. I have some projects going, and don't want to really put on anything interesting. I'm not really into the whole "couch potato" thing these days.

If I was REALLY gonna watch it, I'd have it on the 55" Sammy and accomplishing nothing else at all.

I have friends that also don't watch football, and a few that LIVE for it. The ones that do....tend to be a bit slovenly, drink too much beer, trouble with the marriage, etc.
